We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of assigned projects.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, project stakeholders, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and other relevant functions to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, customer requirements, company procedures, and HSE standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up projects from initiation through to completion.

• Ensure project activities are delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate resources, priorities, activities, and deadlines across relevant departments and disciplines.

• Act as a key point of contact between the company, customers, and project stakeholders.

• Maintain effective communication and ensure a clear flow of project information.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, deviations, and resource constraints.

• Follow up and support the resolution of project-related issues and deviations.

• Coordinate priorities with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and other relevant functions.

• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout project execution.

• Ensure that project documentation and relevant information are properly maintained and communicated.

• Support the efficient use of personnel, materials, and other project resources.

• Ensure that changes affecting project scope, schedule, or requirements are properly communicated and followed up.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements throughout project execution.

• Report project status, progress, risks, and significant issues to the relevant management functions.

What You Bring

• Relevant Project Management experience or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• A structured and proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and disciplines.
